Appearances Unlocked with the Creation CatalystWhen converting an item using the Creation Catalyst, the resulting item will have the look from your Patch 9.2 Class Set. Namely either the LFR, Normal, Heroic, or Mythic version of the set. You can see the full set transmogs below. Which Apperance Will Converted Pieces Take?After researching, apperances seem to be tied exclusively to the item level of the resulting Catalyst piece, according to the following conversion:
Items of 249 item level or lower will take the LFR appearance Items between 252 and 262 will take the Normal apperance Items between 265 and 275 will take the Heroic apperance Items at 278 or above will take the Mythic apperanceFor the purposes of unlocking transmog, PvP items should be considered in their PvE item level, not their increased PvP one.
