Lunar Eclipse 2022: The year’s first lunar eclipse is soon going to take place and it will display a fascinating ‘Blood Moon’ to the inhabitants of the Earth. The latest upcoming event is the lunar eclipse or Chandra Grahan that will be taking place on May 15 or May 16 which will display the ‘Flower Moon Red’. 2022 is expected to experience two lunar eclipses. The upcoming Chandra Grahan is going to be visible from select regions only. Now, depending on location, the eclipse can be a total one or penumbral. Penumbral eclipse occurs when the edge of the shadow of our Earth is cast over the Moon. The full eclipse is expected to be visible from portions of the Americas, Antarctica, Europe, Africa and the east Pacific, while people living in New Zealand, Eastern Europe and the Middle East will be able to experience the penumbral eclipse.
