Though is a gacha game, the actual gameplay is far more than just collecting different cookies. You have to make the most effective teams possible for different game modes, such as world exploration, guild battle, and the arena. Cookies can be made more powerful through promotion, ascension, awakening, or the application of toppings, beascuits, and magic candies.
The first step to making a powerful team is assembling the correct composition of cookies. Different cookies default to different spaces in the team — either the front, middle, or back. With some exceptions, you should pick tough front-liners to protect powerful ambush, ranged, or magic-type damage dealers, as well as a support or healer cookie in the back.
