Cobra Kai Stars Open Up About What It's Like Dating While Working Together
Cobra Kai stars, Peyton List and Jacob Bertrand, have opened up about what it is like to date while also being co-workers. Cobra Kai is a Netflix original series and a spin-off of the Karate Kid franchise. Since the show follows Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) and Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) 34 years after the events of the Karate Kid, it also dives deeply into the impact of karate on the next generation. When Lawrence reopens Cobra Kai dojo, LaRusso responds by opening his own dojo, Miyagi-Do. However, this brings about many fierce and dangerous rivalries and feuds between their students.
In Cobra Kai, List stars as Tory Nichols, while Betrand stars as Eli «Hawk» Moskowitz. The two have become staples in the series. Nichols is a Cobra Kai student who has a very difficult personal life, leading her to put her aggression and anger into karate. She and LaRusso's daughter, Sam (Mary Mouser) have the most intense feud of Cobra Kai, stemming from a complicated love triangle. Meanwhile, Hawk originally joined Cobra Kai and became a notorious bully, however, he later switched to Miyagi-Do and found redemption. Both Nichols and Hawk are very complex characters with a lot of potential for Cobra Kai's future.

As reported by TMZ, List and Bertrand recently confirmed their relationship and opened up about dating while also working together on Cobra Kai. Bertrand admitted that they've actually been dating for a while and have been best friends even longer.
