Square Enix's role-playing game series Kingdom Hearts recently concluded its 20th anniversary event celebrations in Japan. Fans who were lucky enough to visit the physical exhibit were treated to many exclusive Kingdom Hearts previews, including the announcement of Kingdom Hearts 4, the new mobile game Kingdom Hearts: Missing Link, and even upcoming themed products. Now, Square Enix has uploaded new Kingdom Hearts 20th anniversary merchandise on the official online store, with many already available for preorder.
The 20th anniversary event of Kingdom Hearts was clearly highly-anticipated by the RPG's fans. And Square Enix did not disappoint the community. The developers dropped major video game announcements, including content updates for Kingdom Hearts Dark Road. What's more, those who were able to attend the event shared live updates with their fellow fans on social media, giving sneak peeks of what Square Enix has in store for the Kingdom Hearts community. This includes new 20th anniversary KH merchandise that can now be found on the Square Enix store.
Kingdom Hearts: Missing Link Announced During 20th Anniversary Event
On the official website, a variety of newproducts have opened preorders as a way to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Kingdom Hearts. Among the new merchandise, Play Arts Kai figures of Sora, Riku, and Kairi in their Kingdom Hearts 3 regalia can be preordered by fans. Interested customers may also notice that included in the Play Arts Kai lineup is a figure of Namine, which fans will likely recall as Kairi's Nobody. The Sora and Riku figures will cost around $189.99 to $209.99 USD as they come with deluxe editions. Kairi is priced at $199.99 USD and Namine at $99.99 USD.
