If Floribama Shore gets renewed for another season, fans will see a new side of Candace Rice as she's grown a lot since filming the last season of the show. Season 4 of the MTV reality series aired as two parts from February 2021 through December 2021 and followed the cast to Montana, Arizona, and Georgia. The biggest shock of the season was Nilsa announcing she was pregnant, which eliminated all chances she and Gus Smyrnios would hook up again like they had in past seasons. The season followed Gus and Jeremiah Buoni coexisting in the house as enemies for the first time, including Gus' breakdown moment when he fled the home and caused cast and crew members to search for him in the snow.
However, things simmered down during the second half of Floribama Shore season 4 when Gus started prioritizing his mental health. While the cast still knew how to party, the season displayed a much more mature side to them. Since filming ended, Nilsa got married and delivered her baby, and Candace also unexpectedly welcomed a baby. Unfortunately, her son was premature and remained in the newborn intensive care unit (NICU) until he was ready to come home. Candace shared her experience on Instagram and YouTube vlogs.
