Currently, the only thing the insiders disagree on is a release date, though both have heard that the map is coming soon.
According to @TheMW2Ghost, the map will be dropping as part of Season 2 Reloaded, coinciding with Call of Duty: Warzone’s anniversary. As for the comments by @TheGhostOfHope, their sources have told them that the map will be dropping inCall of Duty: Vanguard Season 3.
