One of PSVR2's best sports titles, C-Smash VRS, will soon be playable without virtual reality on PS5. Called C-Smash VRS New Dimension, this version of the game puts it in a third-person view, letting you enjoy its minimalist, sci-fi take on racket sports on your television. It's set for release on 26th September, but you won't need to wait until then to try it out.
A free playable demo is now available from the PS Store. Weighing in at about 812 MB, PS5 users can give this techno-squash title a whack before committing to a full purchase. The demo allows you to get acquainted with how it plays via a tutorial, and afterwards you can play the Time Attack mode, trying to destroy as many blocks as you can within a time limit.
Interestingly, the full release will be cross-compatible with the PSVR2 version, meaning PS5 players will be able to match up with PSVR2 users in multiplayer. Additionally, if you already own the PSVR2 game, you'll be able to update it to the New Dimension version for free, allowing you to play both in and out of virtual reality.

@thefourfoldroot1 To be fair, the original Dreamcast game is awesome, so I think it'll be good fun. But I take your point!
@get2sammyb Agreed i still play the Dreamcast version in «pancake» mode lol
@get2sammyb
