Sonic X Shadow Generations is heading to PS5 and PS4 this October, but it's not the only hedgehog-related goodness coming our way this winter. The Sonic the Hedgehog 3 movie is due to release in theatres in December, and to celebrate, the game is getting some crossover content with the film.
The movie version of Shadow the Hedgehog will be coming to the remaster, featuring the voice of Keanu Reeves. The DLC pack will also include playable scenes inspired by the movie, though they won't include story spoilers. That's fortunate, because the DLC is launching on 12th December, ahead of the film itself.
It'll be available as part of the digital deluxe edition of Sonic X Shadow Generations, which appears to be the only way to get it. It's not been said whether this will be available separately, but we'll update this story if we learn more.
You can learn a little about how this crossover came to be over on the PS Blog. What do you think of the movie DLC pack for Sonic X Shadow Generations? Let us know in the comments section below.

I'm not surprised at Movie Shadow skin, but to have Keanu's voice in an actual Sonic game is sick.
