Progress in Diablo 4's Hunt for the Cow Level - New Relics Found
wowhead.comThe bovine conundrum continues in Diablo 4's search for the secret cow level, but progress has been made — the new relics in Vessel of Hatred have been discovered, and the Rusted Bardiche has been earned!
The D4 — Not Finding a Cow Level discord server has officially discovered the method of obtaining the Diablo 3 related relics that were theorized to link to the next step of the Cow Level puzzle, and players such as Cyri and Voidstar made critical discoveries to help the process along. Below you can find the discoveries made by the discord — read on to bring your cow lore up to date.
Lord Uacax Scrolls
Keen-eyed players found several Scrolls of Uacax in the Kurast Docks, Samuk, and Kichuk. These three scrolls gave different clues to players as to what must be done to obtain each relic:
Although Lord Uacax was an orphan, he held great respect for his ancestors. Before embarking on his quest he honored them thrice. He returned with the riches of the earth.
A cunning beast terrorized the plains. Though Lord Uacax was untrained in combat he hunted and defeated this foe. He claimed the beast's weapon as his trophy.
On the day of his accession Lord Uacax followed the morning birds and they honored him with their song. He adopted their image as his crest.
Even more interesting, we discovered that Uacax itself is a hidden message — Lord Uaxac roughly translates to 'Lord Cow' in Yucatec Maya!
From there, the Secret Cow Level Discord was able to use these clues to lead to the three new Relics, how to corrupt them, and eventually gain the Rusted Bardiche.
Jabbering Gemstone
The Jabbering Gemstone is a fairly quick grab — players will simply need to emote «Thank» in front of three separate statues to the southwest of the Kurast Docks.
