Atari has revealed it's bringing a vastly updated and upgraded version of RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures to PS5, PS4 later this year. Dubbed RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures Deluxe, it adds 80 more rides and attractions to the theme park builder to bring the total to 200, along with a terrain editor and optimised controller support. The UI has been improved over the Nintendo Switch, PC original, the coaster builder has been enhanced, and there will also be some performance improvements to look forward to.
Of the 80 new rides, some will be seasonally themed while seven new types of roller coasters can be customised at a deeper level than before. You'll now be able to build those attractions on four different terrain environments: Alpine Mountains, Desert Canyons, Jungle Tropics, and Lunar Moonscape. Across three game modes (sandbox, adventure, and scenarios), you can look forward to a modern control scheme that's been «fully optimised for a fluid and fun simulation experience».
