Bronze Upgrade Discounts are Character Specific in MoP Remix

Spending Bronze to upgrade your gear is both helpful and necessary to continue growing in power in the later stages of Mists of Pandaria Remix, but unlike regular characters in Dragonflight, bronze upgrade discounts in are character specific rather than account-wide!
Even with a fully maxed out main, alts don't get discounts.
- While leveling, upgrading your gear reduces the need to continually swap gems each time you get a new drop, especially helpful once you acquire rare or epic pieces of gear with desirable stats. With the 95% discount, upgrades never cost more than a few dozen bronze — certainly not enough to impact your ability to purchase collectibles costing tens of thousands.
- At maximum level, upgrades are necessary to continue growing in power beyond the maximum drop item level 346 at level 70. This is the point where the costs become prohibitive, as there is no longer any upgrade discount — even if you already have a 556 item level character on your account!
So make sure to keep up an eye on your alts gear drops while leveling and put those bonus bronze quests to good use!
