Black Adam Funko Pops Reveal DC Villain & Justice Society Costumes
New Funko Pop! figures from DC's upcoming Black Adam movie have revealed a clear look at the costumes for the Justice Society of Amercia and villain Sabbac. Dwayne Johnson stars as Black Adam, an ancient Egyptian arch-nemesis of Shazam who was released from his tomb after five thousand years. The highly-anticipated film will also see the introduction of the superhero team the Justice Society of America which includes Hawkman (Aldis Hodge), Dr. Fate (Pierce Brosnan), Cyclone (Quintessa Swindell), and Atom Smasher (Noah Centineo). The heroes will be put to task by the demonic horned beast Sabacc.
After a long and storied journey to the big screen, Black Adam will finally premiere in the fall. However, not much has been seen of the film, partially due to the reported backlog at visual effects studios. But as the film's release date nears, new promotional materials, merchandise, and behind-the-scenes footage has given audiences glimpses of what the movie offers. Recently, Johnson revealed that the first official trailer for Black Adam will be released on June 8.

Now, new images of Funko Pop!'s for the upcoming DC movie reveal Black Adam figures showing off the costumes for the Justice Society and the film's villain Sabbac. Five of the nine new Pop! figures were released Thursday including Black Adam, Cyclone, Atom Smasher, Dr. Fate, and Hawkman. Four additional figures will be released at a later date. These include Black Adam with lightning, Black Adam on his throne, Hawkman in his Thanagarian Star Cruiser, and Sabbac holding fire in the palm of his hand.
