BIOSTAR has announced the launch of four new motherboards based on the B760 chipset which are designed for all kinds of PC users. The new motherboards from Biostar are the B760MZ-E PRO, B760MX2-E D4, B760MX2-E, and B760MX-E D4.
Biostar's B760MZ-E PRO motherboard offers a motherboard focused on photo and video editing that supports the Intel Alder Lake and Raptor Lake processors. The new motherboard supports DDR5-6000 and higher DIMM memory with up to 128 GB capacities. There are four SATA III connections with transfer rates of 6 GB/s, two PCIe M.2 4.0 slots with transfers of 64 Gb/s, a single PCIe 4.0 x16 slot, and a WiFi M.2 Key E socket. The new B760MZ-E PRO has 2.5GbE LAN and WiFi 6E module support. It offers a stylish and colorful design using LED ROCK ZONE and VIVID LED DJ RGB lighting.
The other three motherboards from BIOSTAR — the B760MX2-E D4, B760MX2-E, and B760MX-E D4 — share a common design: the three are built for machines needing a motherboard with a Micro-ATX form factor. The smaller size allows for less space on desktops due to the compactness of the mobo. This way, home users and business workers will have plenty of room for added peripherals and technology upgrades. The new motherboards also support the Intel Alder Lake and Raptor Lake processors and PCIe 4.0, 2.5GbE LAN, and WiFi 6E.
The three new Micro-ATX motherboards from Biostar support Intel's Optane Memory technology, providing heightened boot and load times.
Pricing and availability are still unknown but will be released soon through their list of authorized retailers.
