Band of Radiant Echoes - How to Obtain a Heirloom Ring in the War Within Pre-Patch Event
One of the rewards from the Radiant Echoes event from The War Within pre-patch event that players might end up passing over is a new Heirloom ring, the Band of Radiant Echoes.
Heirloom rings are incredibly rare, with only a few sources for them (three from rare Warlords of Draenor shipyard missions and one from the two Fishing Contests in Northrend Dalaran and Booty Bay), so having one that is very easy to obtain is not something to pass over!
To obtain the Band of Radiant Echoes ring, you must obtain a couple items from completing objectives in each of the Radiant Echoes zones.
- 1 Essence of Kalimdor, obtained by combining 20 Memory of Kalimdor, which have a chance to drop from objectives in Dustwallow Marsh;
- 1 Essence of the Eastern Kingdoms, obtained by combining 20 Memory of the Eastern Kingdoms, which have a chance to drop from objectives in Searing Gorge;
- 1 Essence of Northrend, obtained by combining 20 Memory of Northrend, which have a chance to drop from objectives in DragonblightCompleting objectives has a chance to give you 1 Memory for each zone, and killing the final boss of each zone grants you a guaranteed 5 Memories, once per day per character.
- Both Memories and Essences are Warband-Bound, so you can do the event on multiple alts and pass Memories aroun to complete the ring faster!
Once you have all 3 Essences of Azeroth, purchase a Lifeless Stone Ring from Remembrancer Amuul, the main Radiant Echoes vendor, by the event portal area in Legion Dalaran. The Lifeless Stone Ring costs 25 Residual Memories. With the Ring and all 3 Essences in hand, simply combine them and get your Band of Radiant Echoes!
The Band of Radiant Echoes first comes at a maximum level of 49, requiring a few Heirloom upgrades to bring it to max level.
