Ubisoft finally showed off more of its open-world FPS Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora during its Ubisoft Forward 2023 showcase, and confirmed the game will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on December 7. The game looks to take Ubisoft’s patented open-world shooter design to the beloved Avatar film universe, letting players explore the planet Pandora’s lush alien wilderness first-hand. Along with the release date and new trailer footage, the reveal also confirmed multiple versions of Avatar: Frontier of Pandora are available for preorder ahead of its December 7 release. Each version includes its own unique content, and there are additional preorder bonuses you can grab depending on which console you play on as well as retailer-exclusive bonuses.
