ASUS X670E motherboards have transitioned to the official AGESA 1.2.0.2 BIOS firmware, fixing several bugs & improving performance.
ASUS motherboards were the first to receive the AGESA PI 1.2.0.2 beta BIOS update on 13th September, which was followed by other motherboard vendors such as MSI, which rolled out the AGESA 1.2.0.2 for several AM5 motherboards in the previous week. Many ASUS X670E motherboards have just received a brand-new BIOS '2403', receiving the official AMD AGESA PI 1.2.0.2 update that supports 105W TDP mode for Ryzen 5 9600X and Ryzen 7 9700X CPUs out of the box. Apart from the 105W mode, there are several changes brought to the platform for stability.
