AMD's AIB partner, Vastarmor, has dropped the pricing of its custom Radeon RX 7900 XT by $150 US below its MSRP.
The VASTARMOR Starry Sky Radeon RX 7900 XT graphics card is a custom variant designed for the Asian Pacific market. The custom graphics card, part of the company's new RDNA 3 lineup, offers a Navi 31 XT graphics core. The chip includes 84 Compute Units, equalling 5,376 cores. The graphics card has lower clock speeds of 2.0 GHz, about 300 MHz less than its XTX version. The card carries a 20 GB of GDDR6 memory capacity across a 320-bit bus interface. There's also the Infinity Cache that sits at 80 MB, a difference of 16 MB from the higher variant.
VASTARMOR's AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT custom model graphics card version utilizes metallic backplates, reinforcing the body, and premium PCB boards. The graphics card is adorned in black and red with a triple-fan cooling design with support for smart starting and stopping. It is also reported to offer RGB breathing effects with its red, blue, and yellow lights.
The VASTARMOR models share the same compute units as AMD's original model, with 20 GB of GDDR6 graphics memory, 320-bit wide bus interface, and memory speeds topping 20 Gbps. The maximum bandwidth is expected to access 800 GB/s. Like the AMD model, the VASTARMOR RX 7900 XT rounds out with a dual eight-pin power connector. This is much different than NVIDIA's power connector, which is double the pins of rival AMD. The TBP on the model is 355W which is an increase from previous generations. The VASTARMOR RX 7900 XT also supports 4K UHD, HDMI, and PCIe 4.0 connectivity.
