Amazon has announced its upcoming additions to the Luna+ subscription service game library for the month of March 2023, as well as March's rotation of Luna's Prime offerings, too. The cloud-based game streaming service continues to grow, expanding through new game additions month to month. Luna+ has grown beyond 100 games and March will see that game library grow even larger.
Amazon Luna officially launched almost one year ago, following over a year of closed access to a limited number of users. The cloud-based gaming platform has a unique approach compared to its competitors, though. Luna+ is Amazon's competitor to PlayStation Plus Premium and Xbox Game Pass, but Amazon also offers games via Amazon Prime or alternative subscriptions like Ubisoft+ and the Jackbox Games bundle. Amazon Luna is offering options to cloud gamers, and seeing what works best for its customers.
Ubisoft Game Purchases Now Carry Over to Amazon Luna
Luna+ is still the heart of Amazon's cloud-gaming platform, of course, and new games are added every single month. In March, Amazon has two new additions to the Luna+ game library. First is the narrative RPG Citizen Sleeper, a story set in the ruins of interplanetary capitalism. The second addition to Luna+ in March is DrinkBox Studios' Guacamelee 2, an action-platformer Metroidvania starring luchador Juan Aguacate. Both Citizen Sleeper and Guacamelee 2 are critically acclaimed indie projects and excellent additions to the Luna+ library.
The next rotation of Amazon Prime offerings on Luna has also been revealed for March. Each month, Amazon makes four games available to Prime subscribers through Luna. The four games that will be available through March are Mega Man 11, the 2018 sequel to the iconic 2D
