2D adventure pixel art dungeon editor Super Dungeon Maker launches May 3 for Switch, PC
2D adventure pixel art dungeon editor Super Dungeon Maker will leave Early Access and launch for Switch via Nintendo eShop and PC via Steam on May 3 for $19.99 / €19.99, developers FIRECHICK and rokaplay announced.
Super Dungeon Maker first launched in Early Access for PC via Steam on February 15, 2022.
“We’re big fans of classic Zelda titles and we loved what Nintendo did with Super Mario Maker, so we wanted to offer a similarly user-friendly creation tool for top-down action adventure games of the 16-bit era,” said FIRECHICK co-direct and artist Linda Treffler in a press release. “We’ve been over the moon about some of the user-created levels that have come out so far on Early Access, so we can’t wait to see what other wonderful creations players will make with the full game!”
rokaplay head of communications Adrian Kaiser added, “What FIRECHICK has done with Super Dungeon Maker is nothing short of amazing. The ease of use, array of options, and charming presentation offers an immaculate execution of an evergreen idea.
