As an immersive, open-world, single-player experience, it has been played and replayed by many over the past year, and yet ambitious Muggles are still looking for more to do within this magical world. While there have been many rumors regarding a sequel being in development, there has been an official confirmation that new content will be coming to in the summer of 2024.
It has been officially announced that there will be new content added to this summer. There was also the news that the previously PlayStation-exclusive quests would be made available for all players on every platform at the same time as new content is added, giving even more for many to look forward to. So far, nothing else has specifically been stated regarding what will be brought to the game, how large of a change it will bring, or even if it will be DLC or free updates, and this list is simply made up of desired hopes and likely rumors for the game.
One of the fun aspects of is the chance to fly around and explore the beautiful landscape on either a broomstick or a flying creature. While many players prefer using brooms due to their unique look and feel, plus being so characteristically magical, the game does have several unique options in both categories. Expanding these choices provided for flying beasts and offering new looks for brooms could be a fairly simple cosmetic change that would be very appreciated and used often.
In lore, typically students at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry would have a pet that was solely their own. These special animal companions would not need to be usable in combat in but it would be nice to have nonetheless.
