Zul'Aman & Zul'Gurub Catch-up Gear - Cataclysm Classic Phase 2: Rise of the Zandalari
Cataclysm Classic Phase 2: Rise of the Zandalari releases today, July 30th! While this Phase does not bring a new raid tier, it does include two new Heroic dungeons which primarily offer catch-up gear. This means players will be able to get their alts in fighting shape without repeating the same Heroic Dungeons they've been running all of Phase 1.
These two dungeons don't offer options for every slot, and in many cases, the gear might not even be the Best-in-Slot option, however, most classes should be able to find something that will be the best option available. For many classes, the Best-in-Slot weapons will still come from Archaeology. While Phase 2 items don't necessarily surpass that, they are less time-consuming to farm.
One of the more interesting items from Phase 2 is the Amani Battle Bear. Available from Zul'Aman, this is a recolor of the no-longer-available Amani War Bear.
