Xbox has a jam-packed schedule for Gamescom after they officially announced three days of live broadcasts. During this time, Microsoft will do daily streams from their booth at Gamescom, which runs from 21 August to August 23. Through these live streams, fans will get to see a deep dive into some upcoming games with first-look gameplay available, dev chats, and some new trailers for people to get excited over.
Some of the games people can expect to see are World of Warcraft: The War Within, Avowed, Star Wars Outlaws, and Towerborne. Below is the full Xbox schedule so you can keep up to date with upcoming streams.

Microsoft is planning for quite a lot of huge games to be shown off during this showcase, and the effort they are putting into the event isn't going unnoticed. Their effort comes at a time where the games industry is suffering a multitude of layoffs, with Bungie laying off 220 staff just the day before.
For Microsoft specifically, they have seen the layoffs of 1,900 staff, and have closed several Bethesda Studios, including the studio Tango Gameworks behind the iconic Hi-Fi Rush. In addition to Tango Gameworks, Arkane Austin was also shut down, the studio responsible for making Redfall.
