WWE 2K23 features a hidden action figure version of John Cena, it’s been discovered.
The game is currently in the early access phase for pre-order customers and goes on full sale tomorrow, but dataminers are already picking through the game to look for locked content.

One likely outcome is that players may have to buy a physical Mattel WWE John Cena action figure, which may come with a Locker Code included which has to be redeemed in the game to unlock the figure as a playable character.
