World of Demons to become unplayable, PlatinumGames removing from Apple Arcade

The game is only available through Apple Arcade, so once it is removed from service it will become completely inaccessible through official channels. The last day the game will be available to download is January 18th, and the from February 1st downloaded versions will not be available to play either.
In a statement PlatinumGames wrote, “World of Demons will no longer be available to download on Apple Arcade as of January 18, 2024. Please see the schedule below for more details. We extend our gratitude to all players who have enjoyed the game since release.
January 18, 2024: No longer available to download on Apple Arcade.
February 1, 2024: Downloads of the game will become unavailable to play.”
World of Demons was first released on Apple Arcade in April 2021, bringing an exclusive combat title to the service. In World of Demons players take on the role of a samurai who leads an army of yokai, supernatural monsters, against the forces of evil. Eventually, players would face off against the lord of all Oni, Shuten Doji.
