According to Hanhburgler’s recent Reddit post, they managed to pry the powerful Ring of Starless Skies from the cold, dead fingers of their enemies while fighting in a World Tier 3 Helltide at character level 54. Redditor Hanhburgler appears to be the first player to loot an Uber Unique while in the open world in Diablo 4 Season 4! This confirms what others have already suspected — Uber Uniques can drop in the open world while farming Helltides.
Another Redditor, zzzpoohzzz, made a post sharing that they had looted the fan favorite Harlequin Crest while battling demons in a World Tier 3 Nightmare Dungeon at character level 40. This is especially cool when taking the item’s low-level requirements into consideration — zzzpoohzzz’s Shako has an item requirement of only level 40.
