The next major update for Windows 11, dubbed 23H2 update, may roll out soon, as per a report. This is likely to be the final major update before Microsoft begins working on a timeline to introduce Windows 12. The reports come from various sources who have spotted the ISO files of Windows 11 23H2 update on the Microsoft servers. For the unaware, ISO files are an exact copy of an entire optical disk such as a CD, DVD, or Blu-ray archived into a single file. If these reports are to be believed, then users should prepare themselves for new features and an enhanced version of Windows 11 soon.
While a date of release is not known at the moment, a TechRadar report highlights that “Windows 11 23H2 will have all the new features from the recent “Moment 4” update to Windows 11 22H2”. On top of that, other new changes are also expected such as an upgraded notification center, Microsoft Copilot, the AI-powered features for Windows, and a System Components page.

The Moment 4 updates are a big part of the feature updates to Windows 11. This means that the AI features that were revealed earlier, including Paint, ClipChamp, and Snipping tool. On top of that, Microsoft Copilot will be an important part of the new Windows 11 and offer an AI chatbot to navigate through the OS.
On top of that, the new System Components hub will be another major highlight. It will serve as a portal using which you can change default apps and have better control over pre-installed apps and components. You will be able to access them all under an umbrella and you can change things without having to constantly look for them.
