This becomes even more difficult when enemies that pursue you become more commonplace. To add to the chaos, there are huge creatures that can tank a lot of hits and will produce smaller, but still dangerous enemies to try and mob you. These Spawners can be quite annoying to deal with since they tend to keep their distance and the Spawning Queen behaves quite similarly.
Among all the grotesque zombie-like humans you'll deal with in Act One, another enemy-type are flaming skulls. These fiery boneheads have only one method of attack and that is to fly right into you. It floats around the room from point to point and will deal damage on contact. As long as you keep it at a distance, you'll never have to worry about running into it.
