Some rumors even predict a Version 3.0 release, but there are also in-game additions that seem like deliberate teasers being showcased by the developer ahead of the reveal of the character’s true form. So far, players have only met Herta through the several puppets she made in her own image to work in Herta Space Station. While the puppet version of Herta is a fully playable 4-star character, the rumors indicate Herta herself will be playable in the future as a 5-star character. She is expected to be an independent character, the same way Imbibitor Lunae is to Dan Heng.
A new panel illustration is being added to Version 2.6’s update to the Simulated Universe, as exemplified in a post on Reddit. The artwork is seemingly part of the new Simulated Universe: Unknowable Domain mode, which has been officially announced by HoYoverse. During the activity, players may be able to encounter the illustration, which features a Herta puppet looking forward toward a key, overseen by a larger figure that is interpreted to be the true form of Herta in . The figure has light-colored hair and a large purple pointed hat with adornments.
Unknowable Domain is an expansion module like Swarm Disaster and Gold and Gears, but not like the Divergent Universe.
