Rocket Raccoon, a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy, would make for a terrifying villain in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Rocket was last seen on the Bentaur ship at the end of Avengers: Endgame, where Thor was brought aboard to join the Guardians. Rocket, who survived the blip, played a critical part in defeating Thanos and sabotaging the Mad Titan's plan. His most impactful contribution, with help from Thor, was the retrieval of the Reality Stone from 2013 Asgard. However, with an alternative characterization, his and the Guardians' stories could have been very different.
Rocket, originally known as 89P13, comes from the planet of Halfworld. He was taken from his family at a young age, and forced to undergo brutal genetic and cybernetic enhancements. Years of abuse forced Rocket into developing an abrasive, or "explosive" personality, leading to his pseudonym. Rocket, before his life as a hero, picked up mercenary work where he honed his weaponry skills. Additionally, Rocket's past could have a connection to Adam Warlock.

Due to his tragic backstory and chaotic demeanor, it isn't a stretch to think that Rocket could have gone down a very different path. If Rocket hadn't sided with the Guardians of the Galaxy, and instead fell in with the likes of Thanos or Ego, he could have caused major problems for the heroes of the MCU. Rocket has expert ability with weapons, advanced intelligence, combat skills, enhanced traits, and a bold disposition. As a result, he would make for an absolutely devastating supervillain.
