Pokemon GO is a game that stands proud in its unique and addictive gameplay loop. Capturing the attention of most of the globe upon its initial release in 2016, the locational importance of the use of augmented reality within Pokemon GO is ultimately responsible for the game's roaring success.
A fan-favorite aspect of this locational focus is the existence of region-specific Pokemon available for capture to lucky players. However, with the rapid pace at which new Pokemon get added to the game, it is more than easy enough for players to lose track of what Pokemon are specific to which regions.
