Dragon's Dogma 2 dropped to impressively high review scores last month, earning Capcom yet another hit with critics — but now that it's been out for a little while, we want to know what you think of this open world RPG. Indeed, player opinion seems to be a bit more divided, although we're well aware that some people have been waiting 12 years for this sequel, and that fact might have counted towards heightened expectations.

For what it's worth, we adore this game. We called it «an absolute masterpiece in terms of offering a true sense of adventure,» in our Dragon's Dogma 2 PS5 review. «Even if you're newly Arisen, this sequel stands alongside some of the greatest open world journeys in gaming,» we concluded, awarding the title an 'excellent' 9/10.

Robert (or Rob if you're lazy) has been a fan of PlayStation since the 90s, when Tekken 2 introduced him to the incredible world of video games. Despite the vitriol around this game I’m enjoying it. I never got into one despite two attempts, but this one I can’t stop thinking about being a dozen hours or so in.

Poor with problems fps drops, glitches and Microtransactions its worst capcom now

I'm not particularly a fan of Dragon's Dogma (I thought the first game was incredibly overrated) but even I've got to say the drama around the microtransactions is strange. Just last year Resident Evil 4 had day one MTX, before that Monster Hunter Rise had day one MTX, and before that DMC5 had them as well. Practically all Capcom games have day one MTX yet for some reason no one seemed to care until now. If you hate
