There are only a few truly efficient ways to strike it rich in , and cyclically playing the turnip market quickly becomes tiring. Unfortunately, buying and selling turnips is by far the most lucrative activity in the game, especially for players who frequently visit other villages online. However, it is a somewhat mundane and overly simple process, and players who have spent a long time collecting resources deserve a more rewarding stream of income.
Resources themselves are sometimes fairly valuable, and though it is difficult to match the immense wealth turnips can net on a weekly basis, they can still make an villager rich with Bells. Non-native fruits go for 500 Bells each, while gold and blue roses — which are ridiculously rare and require days of breeding flowers — sell for 1000 Bells each. Although they are not farmable, catchable wildlife can sometimes sell for thousands of Bells: rare mushrooms (only found in the fall) are worth 16,000 Bells, while Tom Nook will buy certain sea creatures for 15,000 Bells each.
There are plenty of ways to make a lot of Bells in Animal Crossing: New Horizons – but not all of them would be strictly legal in real life.
The issue with valuable craftable items is that they often require an abundance of rare resources. In many cases, the level of effort required does not match the price of the item, but players who have amassed a hoard of gold nuggets and other treasures might as well offload their surplus in the most beneficial way possible. While some of the most valuable crafted items in the game are simply equivalent to the value of their parts, some can double the value of the materials used.
The most valuable item that can be crafted in is the Robot Hero. Requiring one rocket, one Gold Armor, 30 rusted parts, 90 iron nuggets, and 10 gold nuggets, the Robot Hero is anything but cheap and easy to make. At a sell price of 250,000 bells, however, it's essentially a single item that can serve as a functioning bank account.
