Work Orders

Crafting Orders are returning in The War Within, and a new feature, NPC Crafting Orders, is also being introduced! Crafting Orders are a way for players to provide their services in an Auction House-like setting. The main allure of Crafting Orders is allowing someone besides the Crafter to use a Bind on Pickup item — including armor, weapons, consumables, and more. In addition, NPC Crafting Orders, also known as Patron Work Orders, are a guaranteed way for crafters to fulfill Work Orders — and are now the primary method to obtain Knowledge Points in The War Within.

Recrafting

Recrafting is also returning for The War Within. Players will once again be able to craft gear, then adjust its item level, quality, secondary stats, and embellishments via the Recrafting system — allowing them to carry the original gear piece throughout the expansion's phases of content.
