Given the age and continued popularity of The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, players have noticed several reoccurring facets presented throughout the game that have since influenced fan culture. Whether it's certain NPCs or repeated dialogue, Skyrim fans have managed to share a multitude of memes, gameplay clips, and internet creations based on various aspects of the game. However, this most recent clip involves one of the most iconic NPCs in Skyrim.
Of the numerous memorable NPCs presented throughout Skyrim, one that practically every player will likely run into during any given playthrough is the courier. Over the course of the game, couriers will track down the player and deliver letters that pertain to certain sidequests or NPCs in Skyrim. Though their presence can get quite annoying, considering that it disrupts active gameplay. However, one player actually managed to make the courier disappear.

Over on Reddit, a user named mrfisher5 posted a gameplay clip where a courier notices the player and starts to chase them. The player then proceeds to run away from the courier for an extended period of time. When the courier finally catches up to the player and the game enters into a dialogue, the courier suddenly disappears off the face of the earth.
While it's impossible to know how exactly this glitch managed to occur, it is comparably tamer than a lot of the other glitches and bugs presented throughout Skyrim. It's certainly less strange than seeing a Khajit swimming in mid-air, to name one example, but, interestingly, there are a number of glitches that pertain to the courier in particular.
