Young Sheldon Season 5 Clip Shows Brenda Sparks’ Return
Brenda Sparks (Melissa Peterman) finally makes her return in a new Young Sheldon season 5 clip. The Coopers' longtime neighbor has been missing in action in the last several episodes as The Big Bang Theory prequel focuses on other plotlines. Now, Young Sheldon is bringing her back which should be interesting with regard to George's (Lance Barber) personal arc.
Young Sheldon season 5 has been busy dealing with Georgie's (Montana Jordan) current predicament. After confessing to his parents about getting Mandy (Emily Osment) pregnant, it makes sense that the Coopers will be focused on navigating that tricky situation. They even invite Mandy for dinner to get to know her and figure out a way to move forward Interestingly, CBS decides to bring Brenda back at this point in the Big Bang Theory prequel as revealed in a brand new promotional clip for Young Sheldon season 5's upcoming episode.

As shared by Young Sheldon's official YouTube account, Brenda and her son, Billy (Wyatt McClure) returns in this week's episode titled «A God-Fearin' Baptist and a Hot Trophy Husband.» In the video, it appears as if Sheldon (Iain Armitage) and Missy (Raegan Revord) are sent to the Sparks' house to have dinner while George and Mary (Zoe Perry) deal with Georgie's bombshell news. CBS has already released a different clip from Young Sheldon season 5, episode 19 which sees Sheldon trying to reach out to his parents while they are chastising Georgie. Looking at this clip, it appears as if the Cooper twins are sent to the Sparks to grab some dinner while Mary and George are preoccupied with other things.
