Blizzard has announced that the Warrior Class Talent Tree will be updated in War Within, allowing Warriors to take Shockwave much easier!

A common piece of feedback from Warriors is that Shockwave is hard to take due to its position at the bottom of the tree near the capstones. In order to take it, they would need to lose some DPS for the utility which ultimately makes players choose not to take it and have no utility in Mythic+.

Hidden away in the Colossus Hero Talent Tree, Blizzard added a small developer note:
