Warframe’s latest expansion, with a new cinematic quest, Whispers in the Walls, arrives today, along with cross-save beginning its rollout, and the 55th Warframe, Qorvex.
The new quest returns Tenno to the planet of Deimos to investigate Albrecht Entrati’s laboratory in search of clues and answers that might help to understand the past and the current situation, now that the Kalymos Sequence has been activated. The update adds several mission types: Alchemy, Assassination, and Netracells. Alchemy sees you working to fill Crucibles with the right combinations of elemental energy, and defeating any enemies that appear to defend the Crucibles. Assassination involves hunting down the Fragmented One and the enemies the Man in the Wall may send to supplement. In Netracells, squad up and find Void-touched Netracells in the lab–once you’ve discovered enough Keyglyphs to open the doors.
The 55th Warframe, Qorvex also becomes available with the update. Designed by Entrati, it is designed to contain radiation damage, and you can use it to even manifest a liminal trap and crush enemies. Qorvex will be your guardian, continuing by even constructing fusion pillars that can be triggered into a destructive, devastating unibeam.
Beginning today, some players will see an option to
