V Rising has been a break-out hit on Steam Early Access since its launch in May, and players have been enjoying the game’s interesting take on survival and base management. Developer Stunlock Studios has been hard at work ensuring that the game stays updated with new features and bug fixes.
The biggest fix that came in a previous patch was allowing offline play, which was a huge relief to players who did not want to participate in the PvP or those who are unable to stay connected to the internet. Even though the game is still in Early Access,V Rising is a very fleshed-out game, with many interesting features that are becoming even more polished.
Major V Rising Update Adds New Features, Fixes Bugs, and Makes Balance Changes
Though the list of what the developer considers to be major features added in this update is fairly small, it does consist of some important quality of life improvements, as well as, a major increase in localization. Since V Rising is becoming so popular so quickly, the developers have had to add a lot more localization for languages such as Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, and many others, with more language options surely on the way as the game continues to grow.
The second major feature is a welcomed change for those who enjoy the base-building side of V Rising. The Patch Notes state that players can now dismantle floor pieces that are attached to a wall without having to dismantle the entire wall, as long as the wall still has any floor piece attached to it. Any fan of building in games will know how frustrating it is to have to tear down an entire wall or building just to fix one small detail, and it looks like Stunlock has taken note of these issues in its game and is aiming to make the building much
