In V Rising, Silver Ore is used to make high-level weapons. Unfortunately, Vampires are allergic to silver, so finding and transporting this ore can be quite a pain. If you are in need of Silver Ore, you've come to the right place.

In this guide, we are going to go over how to get and use Silver Ore. Although both are made from the same material, Silver Ore cannot be crafted into Silver Coins. This is a separate currency that will need to be looted from NPCs. First, let's take a look at the best location to find Silver Ore.

The best place to find Silver Ore is at the Sacred Silver Mine. This is a large area located in the northern region of the Silverlight Hills, shown on the map above.

There are no V Blood Carriers or bosses in this area; instead, you will come across several high-leveled enemies that are capable of dealing Holy Radiation damage.

We highly recommend having a gear level above 60 prior to exploring this area. Additionally, be sure to bring plenty of potions, especially if you want to increase your damage.

While holding Silver Ore, you will get the 'Silver Sickness' debuff, and a message will appear on your screen telling you that you are currently carrying Silver. Depending on the amount of silver that you are carrying, you will slowly lose HP.

This is unavoidable, but you can lessen the effects of this debuff with potions. When you gather Silver Ore, be sure to bring a Silver Resistance Potion or Brew with you. These will decrease the amount of damage you take, lasting for 20 minutes. This is plenty of time to head to the Mines, gather the ore, and make it home.
