Turbulent Timeways Starts Today - Six Weeks of Timewalking, New Mount, XP Potion
The Turbulent Timeways event for Season 2 starts today! There are two new additions to this event, one mount, rewarded from Master of the Turbulent Timeways, and a new XP potion, Distilled Knowledge of Timeways. Let's see all that is coming with this end-of-season event.
New Mount
The mount addition for the event is the Sandy Shalewing. In order to obtain the mount you must complete Master of the Turbulent Timeways, which requires you to gain Mastery of Timeways during five different weeks during Turbulent Timeways events. Turbulent Timeways event seem to be a new addition that will happen during the last six weeks of every season, so if you miss it this time around, you should be able to get it in the future.

Experience Buff — Gaining Mastery of Timeways
Before getting the mount, you must first obtain Mastery of Timeways give times. You obtain Mastery of Timeways by using Distilled Knowledge of Timeways four times. You obtain Distilled Knowledge of Timeways when you complete a Timewalking dungeon during the Turbulent Timeways event. The means you must complete at least four Timewalking dungeons to transform your Knowledge of Timeways into Mastery of Timeways.
Timewalking Rotation and Rewards
For the Dragonflight Season 2 Turbulent Timeways event, the first Timewalking event will be Cataclysm, starting today. With the full rotation being:
- Cataclysm Timewalking: September 26th to October 2nd
- Mists of Pandaria Timewalking: October 3rd to October 9th
