Now in his mid-twenties, Tom Holland says he felt more pressure making Uncharted now than taking on Peter Parker/Spider-Man when he was younger. Since joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2016, Holland has become one of the biggest stars on the planet. Following Spider-Man: No Way Home, which serves as the culmination of Jon Watts’ Homecoming trilogy, Holland will portray yet another iconic character in Ruben Fleischer’s (Venom) Uncharted.

The upcoming film will act as a spiritual prequel to the games and focus on the early days of Holland’s Nathan Drake alongside Mark Wahlberg as his mentor Victor “Sully” Sullivan. Uncharted will also star Sophia Taylor Ali as Chloe Frazer, Antonio Banderas, and Tati Gabrielle.
