Spider-Man: No Way Home is all set to swing onto the small screen with its home release announced for March 22. But, that’s not what has left fans feeling joyous today. It is instead the fact that Tom Holland, Tobey Maguire, and Andrew Garfield have recreated the iconic Spider-Man meme that has been shared on social media thousands of times.
While announcing the home release of Spider-Man: No Way Home, Sony and Marvel Studios shared an image along with the caption, “Of course, we got THE meme.” The studios have obviously been aware of fan theories and speculations ever since the film was announced and the first official Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer dropped. They have now concluded their fan service by getting the three Spider-Men to enact the meme.

Prior to the release of Spider-Man: No Way Home, fans were convinced that Maguire and Garfield would return to reprise their versions of the web-slinging hero. However, the actors, mostly Garfield, denied for months that they were in any way involved in the film. At the time, the Spider-Man meme became extremely popular among fans, as they would share it on social media and accuse the studios of hiding the two actors in plain sight.
In what seems like a photograph taken in a studio, Holland, Maguire, and Garfield are seen posing in their respective Spider-Man suits and pointing at each other. It is an almost exact replica of the original Spider-Man meme that had been circulating online for months. The only difference is that the actors are not wearing their masks, and they aren’t posing in an alley with an NYPD wagon parked behind them.
