The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) which issues Aadhaar card to citizens offers several options to save and download it for future reference. One of these is the Aadhaar PVC Card, which is not just easy to carry and durable, but the PVC-based Aadhaar Card has a digitally signed Aadhaar secure QR code with photograph and demographic details with multiple security features and it is yours to have by just paying nominal charges.

Aadhaar card users can order it online through uidai.gov.in or resident.uidai.gov.in by paying a nominal charge of Rs. 50. The Aadhaar PVC Card will be delivered to the resident’s address by speed post. But what if you do not have the registered phone number with your Aadhaar card? Don’t worry! UIDAI says that you still can download the Aadhaar Card PVC even if you do not have a registered mobile number. To download or order your Aadhaar PVC card, first, you will need to visit the official website of UIDAI with this link - https://residentpvc.uidai.gov.in/order-pvcreprint

Now select the 'My Aadhaar' option. 

Tap on the 'Order Aadhaar PVC Card' option and now enter your 12-digit Aadhaar card number in the required box. 

You need to enter the captcha code too. 

Now click on the option which reads, 'My mobile number is not registered' and now enter an alternate mobile number that is active and can receive an OTP number.

Click the 'Send OTP' option. 

Check the 'Terms and Conditions’ checkbox and tap the 'Submit' button once you have entered the OTP number.

Now cross-check the details that you have entered and tap on the 'Make Payment' option to order your Aadhaar PVC
