Thought to be related to Raikou in some way, Raging Bolt is a dual Electric/Dragon-type in the video game; for the TCG, it is a pure Dragon-type with the ex card rules.

Interestingly, Raging Bolt ex is the only Pokémon to make two appearances in the list of most valuable cards, with a Special Illustration Rare also being highly sought after.
