Many dungeons in feature a Talus boss you can beat for rewards, including one made entirely of flame. Discovered through a side quest, the Flame Talus is one of the more difficult elemental foes you can challenge. However, targeting a specific weakness can easily overcome this fight and earn valuable rewards.
You can't fight the Flame Talus until you have completed the Eldin Temple dungeon within the main story. Similar to the Eastern Temple in , the place where you find the Flame Talus is an optional dungeon. To reach the right area, close the rift encapsulating Eldin Volcano and the surrounding regions.
The path to the Flame Talus starts when you speak to an NPC named Darston at the top of Eldin Volcano. Navigating the lava lake outside the Lizalfos Burrow area will help you reach the peak of the Volcano where this character is waiting. When you talk to Darston, you can begin the side quest that requires you to enter an optional dungeon called Summit Cave.
The second big choice of destination in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom can be overwhelming, so it's worth examining every option at hand.
The Flame Talus is within the Cave, beyond many different rooms designed to challenge your skills. With many spaces filled with hot lava, you'll have to manipulate the environment to get past the hazards and delve deeper into the dungeon. One side quest in will ask you to use specific skills like Bind to grab rocks and other objects in rooms to help navigate through them.

The dungeon has three chambers, and all contain environmental puzzles for you to solve.
