In true TLOU fashion, The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered has been officially revealed after a leak confirmed the existence of the revamped Naughty Dog title, and we've got everything to bring you up to speed on the release date, pre-order and news.
While it may not be Part 3, we're still excited to get our grubby paws on it, and appreciate the improved visuals, restored content and new roguelike game mode!
Hopefully we will see the Last of Us 2 on PC as well in the coming months, as was the case with the Last of Us Part 1 Remastered.

The Last of Us 2 Remastered release date is 19th January 2024, the development team has revealed. This is nearly four years after the game’s initial release on the PS4, and continues the series's penchant for re-releases.
More than just a simple visual remaster, The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered is launching early this year with a boatload of new content. Its new No Return roguelike survival mode alone looks to be enough to warrant an upgrade.
Fortunately, Sony and Naughty Dog appreciate that fact. If you already own the PS4 version of the game, you will be able to upgrade to its PS5 remaster for just £10. Best of all, your save file from the PS4 version can be imported into the remaster, too.

The Last of Us 2 Remastered launch time in the UK is yet to be announced, but seeing as it releases on 19th January, if you ordered a physical copy it should arrive when your post or Amazon packages are usually delivered.
