The Seven is the most powerful, recognizable, and profitable superteam in The Boys universe. Created by Vought-American, The Seven are led by Homelander, Queen Maeve, and The Deep and are beloved by the general public for their heroic acts. However, behind the scenes, the group of «heroes,» like most (if not all Supes), are murderous and depraved. That was never more clear than during Starlight's introduction to The Seven, where numerous team members sexually assaulted her. Unfortunately, The Seven's darker influence trickled down to some of Vought-American's lesser superteams. From Teenage Kix to Payback, to the G-Men, even the most minor heroes participate in all kinds of questionable acts. Starlight's first team, the Young Americans, and her former boyfriend, Drummer Boy, also participated in the depraved acts.
