Homelander has quickly become a fan-favorite character thanks to Antony Starr's chilling portrayal of the Supe in the live-action The Boys series. Now, fans of the villain see his powers in full effect in a series of two variant covers showcasing what makes Homelander so scary.

This week, FAN EXPO revealed two new variant covers for The Boys #1 that will be exclusively available throughout their conventions. The first variant from Francesco Mattina is one of the most terrifying images of Homelander ever made, as the villain has a Joker-like look on his face as he stands above a pile of skulls and corpses that lead to Vought-America. Homelander smiles as death surrounds him. It's quite a chilling image.
The second variant cover art for The Boys #1 shows Homelander using his powers. In the Inhyuk Lee cover, Homelander's eyes glow red as a lightning storm happens behind him.
