WARNING: Spoilers ahead for The Boys season 3, episode 5.
The Boys is ramping up its superhero narrative and showing signs that Billy Butcher may end up more like his comic book counterpart than first anticipated, which is a huge mistake. The character, played by Karl Urban, is undoubtedly one of The Boys' greatest selling points alongside Anthony Starr's Homelander. Only Hughie is able to stop him before he is able to become arguably as evil as Homelander, committing genocide.
